How to Get Rid of cnmui.dll Error

I've tried several times to install a program, however, I always received the following error message "Cannot find [PATH]\cnmui.dll" I've downloaded the cnmui.dll zip file I need from internet. It didn't work! I don't know if I have done the right thing. Anyone can help me?
